This year, the Nicole Olive Oil Festival, organized by Nicole Restaurant's chef Aylin Yazıcıoğlu, hosted many olive oil producers and chefs from home and abroad for 2 days.
Many panels, talks and tastings about olive oil were held throughout the festival.
Local chefs; Maksut Aşkar, Şemsa Denizsel, Derin Arıbaş, Civan Er, Didem Şenol gave speeches and tastings about the dishes they make with olive oil.
Sibel Kutlusoy's food photography exhibition was visited with interest.
As Özlem Tuna Design, we designed and produced a special tasting table for the 2-day olive oil tasting.
Our new design in the form of an Olive Leaf attracted great attention from visitors.
